Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian

• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in leading conversations and handling objections
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new processes quickly

Preferred

• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Korean)
• Educated to degree level or possess equivalent professional experience
• A scientific background in Chemistry or Biology
• Experience with CRM systems or Salesforce
• Previous experience in a call centre or other target-driven environments
