Preferred

• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Korean)
• Educated to degree level or possess equivalent professional experience
• A scientific background in Chemistry or Biology
• Experience with CRM systems or Salesforce
• Previous experience in a call centre or other target-driven environments (lead generation, telesales, B2B, customer service, etc.)
