Job Summary

Own the end-to-end performance marketing engine, driving scalable growth across paid media and CRM while turning data into revenue-focused decisions that tie CAC/ROAS to business outcomes.

  • Growth Ownership: Manage UK budget and forecast, coordinate US/Australia execution with internal teams and partners.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Translate channel data into credible, actionable insights tied to CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue contribution.
  • Cross-functional Enablement: Align with Brand, Content, sales, finance, and senior leadership to improve landing pages, creative, and capability development.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Lead the strategy and execution of paid media and CRM activity to deliver efficient, scalable growth. - Own performance marketing plans across brands and markets, aligned to commercial targets and demand requirements. - Manage the UK paid media and CRM budget, including annual planning, quarterly reforecasting and spend optimisation. - Oversee execution for the US and Australia markets in partnership with internal teams and agency partners. - Monitor, analyse and report on channel performance, turning data into clear, actionable commercial insights. - Develop reporting that links channel activity to outcomes such as CAC, ROAS, conversion, lead quality and revenue contribution. - Identify opportunities to improve landing page performance and conversion in partnership with Digital Experience. - Work closely with Brand and Content teams to ensure campaigns are supported by effective creative and messaging. - Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including branch MDs, sales, product, finance and the executive team. - Manage agency and partner relationships to ensure high-quality delivery, innovation and accountability. - Lead and develop performance marketing capability within the business, setting clear objectives and driving continuous improvement. Requirements - Strong experience in performance marketing leadership, with deep expertise in paid media and CRM. - A proven track record of delivering growth through optimisation, testing and data-led decision making. - Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting spend and improving ROI. - Confidence interpreting and communicating performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and customer value. - The ability to turn complex data into clear, credible recommendations for a wide range of stakeholders. - Experience working cross-functionally with brand, content, digital, sales, finance and senior leadership teams. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence at executive level. - Experience managing internal specialists, agencies or external partners to deliver strong results. - A collaborative, proactive and accountable approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
