Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy and leadership: Develop and lead DisplayNote’s marketing strategy, translating commercial objectives into clear priorities, plans, budgets, KPIs and investment decisions.
  • Brand and category development: Lead the rollout and stewardship of the new brand, strengthen DisplayNote’s position as the experience layer for shared spaces, and build awareness across enterprise, education, OEM and channel audiences.
  • Product marketing: Own positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning and sales enablement across Launcher, Montage and the wider portfolio, turning technical capabilities into clear customer and commercial value.
  • Demand generation: Design and deliver integrated campaigns that create awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline and revenue across direct and partner-led routes to market.
  • Partner and channel marketing: Strengthen DisplayNote’s proposition to OEMs, distributors, resellers, integrators and MSPs through co-marketing, launch support, partner enablement and joint demand generation.
  • Customer and market insight: Use buyer research, customer feedback, sales intelligence, product data and win/loss analysis to improve ICPs, messaging, campaigns and commercial decision-making.
  • Marketing operations and performance: Build a reliable marketing operating system covering CRM alignment, lead management, automation, attribution, dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Content and communications: Oversee content, thought leadership, PR, executive communications, website, events and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effective reuse across the buyer journey.
  • Commercial alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success to improve proposition clarity, product launches, pipeline generation, customer engagement and market feedback loops.
  • Team and resource leadership: Lead and develop the Marketing Manager, manage agencies and external partners, and recommend the future skills, structure, technology and investment needed to scale the function.

Requirements

  • Significant B2B software, SaaS or technology marketing experience, with ownership of strategy and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong product-marketing capability across positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement and buyer communication.
  • Experience building demand in a complex B2B environment and working closely with Sales to support pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Evidence of building, improving or maturing a marketing function, including planning, budgets, KPIs, reporting and performance management.
  • Strong customer and market insight skills, with the ability to turn evidence into better campaigns, propositions and decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including copywriting, presentations and the ability to explain technical products clearly.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders, setting priorities and challenging activity that lacks strategic value.
  • Experience leading or coaching marketers, agencies and external partners.
  • Comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on delivery.
  • Confident using AI responsibly to improve research, content, analysis and productivity.

Preferred

  • Experience in collaboration technology, AV, EdTech, workplace technology or enterprise software.
  • Experience marketing through OEM, reseller, distributor or channel partnerships.
  • Experience supporting both direct and indirect routes to market, including international growth.
  • Experience in embedded software, recurring-revenue or SaaS business models.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Experience with PR, thought leadership or category-development programmes.
