Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the marketing strategy for all brands, supporting occupancy and revenue targets store by store
• Own the marketing budget, then allocate spend by brand, store and channel based on measurable return
• Run the internal marketing team and directly manage our third-party digital agencies across paid search, paid social, SEO and web
• Lead local SEO, Google Business Profiles, Map Pack visibility and location-targeted PPC in every store town
• Improve website conversion, online reservations and tracking, and report enquiries, cost per acquisition and move-ins by store
• Plan launch campaigns for new and acquired stores, and manage reviews, CRM and brand consistency

Requirements

• Extensive digital marketing experience, typically 8+ years, with at least 3 years leading a team
• A proven record of growing revenue through paid search, SEO and conversion optimisation
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Google Business Profile
• Experience directly managing digital agencies, with clear accountability for budgets, CPA and ROI
• Multi-site or local marketing experience, ideally in self storage, property, leisure or consumer services
• A data-led, commercial and self-starting approach
• Experience: Marketing and Digital: 8 years (required)
• Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
