Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated, multichannel campaign plans across email, social, web and paid that bring each brand, product and event together into one clear story for our audiences.

  • Raise the bar; bring marketing best practices, improve ways of working, and share what works across brands to standardise the approach.

  • Work with Sales so campaigns support commercial goals and convert leads effectively.
  • You will also be required to attend our events in the UK and overseas.

Requirements

  • A well-rounded marketing leader with broad experience across channels; email, social, web and paid.
  • A proven track record of planning and delivering integrated, multichannel campaigns that hit their targets.
  • Someone hands-on and proactive, a self-starter who is comfortable owning delivery and running several campaigns at once.
  • A great people leader, coach and mentor who enjoys supporting and enabling the development of others.
  • Strong at working across teams and influencing others, ideally within a matrix structure.
  • A best-practice mindset, bringing experience and ideas that lift standards across the team; setting the bar for quality, expectations and deliverables.
  • Comfortable with data and performance; you set KPIs, track them, and act on what they tell you.
  • Familiar with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus).
  • A clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing or leading a high-performing team.
  • A working knowledge of GDPR, including preference centres and privacy policies.
