Job Summary

Own the premium, multi-site brand and demand engine with a data-driven, end-to-end marketing remit from brand to performance campaigns.

  • Brand & Campaign Ownership: maintain consistent premium branding across channels while driving awareness and long-term value.
  • Digital & Lifecycle Focus: run CRM, website, content, paid media, SEO and social to move customers through journeys and improve conversions.
  • People & Partnerships: lead in-house team and manage agencies to deliver cross-functional programs that impact acquisition, retention and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Champion a consistent, premium and welcoming brand across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead integrated campaigns that build awareness, engagement and long-term brand value.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue through data-led marketing.
  • Manage marketing budgets, evaluate ROI and optimise investment.
  • Support commercial initiatives including new products, partnerships and multi-site growth.
  • Lead digital marketing across CRM, website, content, paid media, SEO and social.
  • Improve digital journeys, booking experience and lead conversion through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Use customer insight and analytics to inform strategy and improve performance.
  • Lead, coach and develop a collaborative in-house marketing team.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
  • Experience leading marketing within a multi-site or service-led organisation, ideally in health, wellness, hospitality, leisure or a similar premium consumer sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, measure performance and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Expertise across digital marketing, CRM, customer journeys, website optimisation and performance marketing.
  • The confidence to manage agencies, digital partners and cross-functional projects.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and excellent organisational skills.
  • A passion for developing high-performing teams and creating a collaborative, positive culture.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting franchise, partner or multi-location marketing models would be advantageous.
