Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a 20-location QSR, shaping GTM for new products, and driving footfall, sales, and customer lifetime value through data-driven campaigns across franchise and company sites.

  • Growth & GTM: Lead product launches, campaigns, and promotions with in-market execution across franchise and company locations.
  • Channel & Experience: Oversee digital, CRM, social, and customer engagement to ensure consistent brand delivery at every touchpoint.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage customer insights and performance data to optimise menu, pricing, and ROI across the estate.
  • Partnerships & Enablement: Support franchise partners with scalable local marketing toolkits and manage agency performance.
  • Leadership & Governance: Own the marketing budget and reporting to leadership while developing the Marketing Assistant.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership and operations to position and roll out new products.
