Job Summary
Own cross‑agency influencer strategy and the revenue engine for a European hub, coordinating Asia collaboration and tying influencer activity to media, data, and client outcomes.
- Influencer Strategy & Partnerships: Own the strategy, trends, and platform choices that lift both client results and creator partnerships.
- Commercial Growth: Drive new revenue through influencer deals, asset proposals, and scalable client relationships.
- Campaign Execution & Leadership: Oversee multi-vertical campaigns with a focus on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI while maintaining brand safety and compliance.
Job Description
- Define and execute the influencer marketing strategy for Audience2Media, aligned with the company’s growth and innovation roadmap.
- Identify emerging influencer trends, technologies, and platforms that can enhance Audience2Media’s client offering as well as up and coming creators.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate influencer marketing across the agency’s media, data, and account management divisions.
- Lead the commercial growth of the influencer marketing division, driving new revenue opportunities and expanding client relationships.
- Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and relevant platforms.
- Lead with influencer-led proposals, pitch materials, and client presentations.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Ensure all campaigns deliver against client KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Collaborate and oversee closely with creators, media, and data teams to ensure influencer content is brand-safe, compliant, and impactful.
- Build and lead a specialist influencer marketing team within the agency for the UK utilising full operational support in Asia.
