Job Summary

Shape and scale the UK experiential practice, translating client goals into standout live experiences while embedding influencer-led content and partnerships into every activation.

  • Leadership & Delivery: set strategy, mentor the events team, and align budgets, forecasts, and resourcing with client goals.
  • Execution & Relationships: oversee large-scale activations, nurture senior client relationships, and support strategic pitches.
  • Innovation & Partnerships: embed influencers, talent, and content creation across global supplier networks and trend-led event programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the UK Events Division, setting strategic direction and delivery standards
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale events and activations for key clients
  • Manage department resourcing, budgeting, forecasting, and project planning
  • Support new business pitches with creative and strategic experiential responses
  • Build strong senior client relationships and support long-term account growth
  • Ensure influencer, talent, and content creation are embedded into all event experiences
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the events team
  • Oversee suppliers, venues, and production partners globally
  • Stay ahead of trends across experiential, influencer, and social-first marketing

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior events or experiential role
  • Proven experience delivering high-profile events for consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and content-led event strategies
  • Experienced managing budgets, forecasting, and team resourcing
  • Confident leading pitches, client relationships, and strategic conversations
  • Highly organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexible to travel and work evenings/weekends when required
