Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of Meta advertising across our brands.
  • Build, launch and optimise campaigns focused on profitable customer acquisition.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
  • Monitor account performance daily and identify opportunities before problems arise.
  • Support the rollout of TikTok advertising as we expand into new channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, GA4 and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Turn performance data into clear actions that improve results.
  • Monitor KPIs including MER, CAC, ROAS, CPA and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • You'll work closely with the rest of our marketing team to improve creative performance.

Requirements

  • Has 2+ years running paid social campaigns.
  • Has strong Meta Ads Manager experience.
  • Has TikTok Ads experience (or is excited to build it).
  • Understands DTC ecommerce.
  • Loves analysing numbers.
  • Equally enjoys discussing creative ideas.
  • Is commercially minded.
  • Can prioritise effectively.
  • Takes ownership.
  • Wants to keep learning.
