Own campaign setup and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google with a test-and-learn mindset, coordinating creative briefs and influencer/affiliate kits, and tracking performance to optimize spend.

• Assist with day-to-day coordination, campaign setup, and execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, working closely alongside our media agency partners.
• Help package up briefs, discount codes, and asset kits to send out to influencers or affiliate partners.
• Act as the main coordinator for our creative pipeline, brainstorming fresh ad concepts and formatting detailed briefs for our in-house creative team.
• Support our "test-and-learn" framework by tracking how different hooks, formats, and visuals perform, helping to iterate on winning assets.
• Help compile regular performance reports, monitoring core KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CTR to identify emerging trends.
• Monitor competitor activity by regularly auditing tools like the Meta Ad Library, keeping a log of creative trends, formatting styles, and messaging hooks.
