Job Summary

Own the brand presence and demand flow by blending content, SEO, events, and outbound to turn site visitors into tracked leads.

  • Brand Presence & Content: Build photo/video content to keep the brand top of mind across core channels.
  • Lead Gen & Open Days: Improve website/CTA/LinkedIn performance and run targeted outbound while planning Open Days for face-to-face engagement.
  • SEO & Trend Intelligence: Apply advanced SEO/AEO tactics and monitor exhibitions and trends to inform ROI and future activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Presence & Content: Create engaging photo and video content to ensure our brand is constantly visible across key digital channels.
  • Lead Generation: Optimise our website, calls-to-action (CTAs), and LinkedIn pages to turn cold traffic into warm inbound enquiries.
  • Modern Search Optimization: Execute advanced SEO and AEO strategies to rank for traditional search and AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT or Perplexity.
  • Market & Trend Intelligence: Research exhibitions, costs and potential ROI. Take complete ownership of booking, organising and planning exhibition directly with event organisers.
  • Lead Tracking & Outbound: Track site visitors and launch highly targeted mailshots.
  • Organise Open Days: Take ownership of organising and executing successful company Open Days to bring prospects face-to-face with our business.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, or up to 2 years of hands-on experience in a B2B/growth marketing role
  • Digital Savvy: Understanding of SEO / AEO frameworks and familiarity with capturing / editing social video and picture content
  • Analytical Mindset: Commercially minded enough to calculate potential ROI for events and interpret website visitor analytics
  • LinkedIn Proficiency: Comfortable using LinkedIn and other social media channels professionally for networking, content distribution and outreach
  • Proactive Attitude: A pro-active marketer who anticipates business needs and launches campaigns. They constantly look for new opportunities, trends and ways to get ahead of the competition
  • Hunts for Content: Walks into the warehouse or testing lab to find interesting photo / video angles or site visits for case studies
  • Trend Watching: Monitoring and jumping on trending supply chain topics or algorithm shifts immediately
  • Active Lead Generation: Sees a target logistics firm visiting the website via tracking software and instantly builds a tailored outreach campaign for them
