Responsibilities

• Performance Analytics: Analyse performance metrics to continuously seek opportunities and insights to drive growth strategies and locate incrementality.
• Landing Page Conversion Optimisation: Lead initiatives focused on increasing landing page conversion rates and enhancing the digital customer journey through rigorous A/B testing and user experience improvements.
• Content Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with the content, editing and design teams to strategise and create targeted, engaging digital content that aligns that drives customer acquisition and retention.
• Digital Campaign Management: Help plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo and more.
• Drive Customer Lifetime Value: Increase LTV, building long-term value from the first touchpoint and post-purchase.
• Seasonal & BAU Offer Execution: Strategise compelling offers that effectively acquire and retain customers throughout the year.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and new growth opportunities.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide actionable insights and detailed reporting to senior leadership, guiding strategic decision-making.
