Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content (static, carousel, Reels, TikTok and short-form video) across multiple brand accounts.
• Design 2D graphics for social media, web, email newsletters, advertising and print.
• Produce 3D renders and visualisations of guitars and products for launches, marketing and web use.
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance and speed up the production of imagery, video and copy.
• Design print marketing materials, including brochures, certificates, catalogues, point-of-sale and business cards.
• Assist with product photography and video, including editing and retouching.
• Create graphics and banners for our Shopify websites and online marketplaces.
• Schedule and publish social media content in line with the campaign plan.
• Support new product launches with creative assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all our own and third-party brands.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio to demonstrate them.
• Enthusiasm for and hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT/Claude or similar).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• 3D modelling and rendering skills (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot or similar).
• Video editing skills for short-form social content (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Confidence with Canva and social media scheduling tools.
• A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube and what makes content perform.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisation skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of or passion for guitars, guitar brands and music.
• Product photography experience.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
• Motion graphics and animation.
