Job Summary

Own global brand storytelling and omnichannel campaigns across markets with a strong emphasis on audience insight, planning discipline, and brand governance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the end-to-end delivery of The Balvenie’s global communications, translating strategy into impactful, omnichannel campaigns that are executed with clarity, consistency and precision across markets.
  • You will identify target audiences and ensure insight-led thinking informs every stage of campaign development, from initial briefing through to optimisation.
  • You will establish robust planning and execution frameworks, developing clear campaign calendars, toolkits and guidelines that enable markets to deliver compelling and consistent brand experiences across digital, social, CRM and media platforms.
  • You will build strong relationships with priority markets to ensure global assets and brand guidelines are applied effectively, balancing global consistency with cultural relevance.
  • You will lead the full lifecycle of campaign delivery—from briefing and development through to execution and performance evaluation—ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standards.
  • You will help shape media planning principles to support optimal investment decisions and maximise impact in market.
  • You will work closely with the Global Insights team to identify consumer trends, behaviours and competitive dynamics, using this intelligence to inform communications strategy, guide creative development and continuously improve performance.
  • You will test and optimise creative assets to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
  • As a guardian of the brand, you will ensure all communications activity adheres to the William Grant Way of Building Brands, as well as marketing code and governance standards.
  • You will maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all touchpoints and contribute to ongoing optimisation of social and CRM approaches.
