Job Summary
Own the build and optimization of email automations and nurture flows to turn a warm list into an engaged, converting audience across launches and events.
- Go High Level execution: design and refine triggers, tags, pipelines, and workflows to automate lifecycle journeys.
- Event and launch sequencing: create timely email series for registrations, attendance, post-event follow-ups, and high-ticket offers.
- List hygiene and audience optimization: segment by behaviour, registrations, purchases and engagement to improve deliverability and conversion.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Setting up and improving email automations inside Go High Level
- Creating and managing event email sequences
- Building nurture campaigns for leads and warm audiences
- Segmenting contacts properly based on behaviour, registrations, purchases and engagement
- Improving deliverability, tagging, triggers and workflow logic
- Writing or refining email copy where needed
- Setting up follow-up sequences for people who register, attend, miss events, buy products or enquire
- Helping turn my existing list into a more active, engaged and converting audience
- Making sure the back-end system is clean, logical and easy to manage
Requirements
- Go High Level workflows, triggers, tags, pipelines and automations
- Email marketing strategy
- Launch and event-based email sequences
- Audience segmentation
- Conversion-focused email copy
- Understanding customer journeys
- Working independently without needing constant direction
- Making systems feel simple, organised and commercially useful
Preferred
- Experience with online education, personal brands, expert-led businesses or premium service providers
- Strategic as well as technical
- Organised, responsive and detail-focused
- Able to suggest improvements rather than just wait for instructions
- Comfortable working with a high-end brand where tone, positioning and quality matter
