Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own how Ankar shows up in the market - where we show up, what we do, and how we turn those moments into commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales and Commercial Development to build field programmes that create and accelerate pipeline.
  • Own Field Marketing end-to-end. Lead everything from industry conferences and webinars to executive dinners, roundtables and targeted experiences.
  • Build programmes around commercial priorities. Understand target accounts, active opportunities and pipeline gaps, and design programmes that create and accelerate demand.
  • Partner deeply with Sales. Drive target account selection, outreach, meeting generation and fast follow-up around every programme.
  • Build account-based experiences. Bring together events, gifting, direct outreach, digital and content to engage strategic accounts.
  • Execute brilliantly. Own logistics, vendors, speakers, stakeholders and timelines across multiple programmes.
  • Measure what matters. Track impact through account engagement, opportunities, deal progression, pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, owning and executing programmes from events and webinars to targeted account-based experiences.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales to support target accounts, create pipeline and accelerate active opportunities.
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable managing multiple programmes, stakeholders, vendors and deadlines end-to-end.
  • Creative and commercially minded, with a strong bias towards action and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator, able to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, leadership and external partners.

Benefits

  • Health Insurance : Full private health & dental coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Pension: Flexible pension scheme with up to 5% employer matching on qualifying earnings.
