Own field and experiential marketing for a streetwear focused brand in London, building culture-led activations, influencer partnerships, and fashion-aligned events that generate social noise.

Field Marketing: identify consumer moments in fashion & art spaces where Jubel fits and can drive experiences.
Experiential Activation: lead sampling in concept stores, pop-ups, and art events with the right crowd and setting.
Partnership Execution: plan fashion calendar moments with designers, artists, and partners to elevate brand visibility.

Job Description

Field Marketing: immerse yourself within the London fashion and art scenes to spot consumer moments where Jubel fits into the culture.
Create memorable product experiences: lead sampling activations in concept stores, pop-ups, art fairs, zine fests, and designer showcases.
Execute events around fashion calendar moments with key partners: plan and run activities around London Fashion Week fringes and art collaborations with the Partnerships Manager.
Build strong relationships with brand ambassadors: nurture influencers, designers, and artists to unlock event and partnership opportunities.
Collaboration with Fashion & Culture Partnerships Manager: ensure activations feel organic and generate noise across brand and partner digital channels, leaning into Instagram and TikTok.
Work with the Trade Activation team: identify field marketing opportunities in key on-trade regions, tapping into local streetwear scenes, independent retailers, and cultural hubs beyond London.
Unlock key brand equity venues: pursue spaces with Fashion & Culture credibility where Jubel already has or can build relationships.

Our StoryWe discovered two things at La Folie Douce, a raucous après-ski bar. The first was Jubel - an anthem that closed out the après antics and meant “a feeling of extreme joy”. The second was demi-pêche - a pint of lager with a peach top. This dangerously refreshing beer secret swiftly became the beer we wanted to drink that no one brewed, so we sunk our savings into a trial brew that flew at a festival, and escaped our 9-5s to pioneer a new style of beer.
