Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients
• Researching companies, markets, and identifying potential gaps you could fill
• Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, and job boards
• Approaching candidates professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Screening and preparing candidates to present to key clients
• Managing the process on both candidate and client side, to ensure all expectations are aligned
• Managing negotiations and handling the offer process to make the process as smooth as possible for all parties
• Mastering business development, where you will be responsible for attracting and retaining new clients, and creating your own ‘business within a business’

Requirements

• Received (or on track to receive) a 2:1 in your degree
• Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available
• No recruitment or sales experience required
