Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-event, on-the-day and post-event activities for Label Gang tours, day trips, group travel and events.
  • Assist with planning and delivering travel events, community events, entertainment activities, promotional events and small-scale corporate or private events.
  • Coordinate event schedules, venues, suppliers, transport providers, catering, entertainment and other third-party services.
  • Manage event timelines, checklists, budgets and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate events and activities for groups of varying sizes, including smaller events of up to approximately 100 attendees as well as larger group trips and events.
  • Manage customer and delegate registration, bookings, invitations, RSVPs and attendance records.
  • Liaise with venues, hotels, restaurants, attractions and other suppliers.
  • Assist with event setup, branding, signage, promotional materials and on-site requirements.
  • Support event staff and management during events and resolve operational issues where required.
  • Collect customer feedback and assist with post-event evaluation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of professional UK experience in events and marketing.
  • Previous experience coordinating and delivering events independently.
  • Experience in event planning, administration and supplier coordination.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience of UK events and marketing practices.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads or similar digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with SEO and website content management systems.
  • Experience in marketing, digital marketing and social media.
  • Exeperience in lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion.

Preferred

  • Desirable
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, events, entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Experience coordinating group tours, day trips or destination events.
  • Experience working with travel agencies, tour operators or event organisers.
  • Knowledge of the UK travel and tourism market.
