Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning, organisation, and on-the-day running of events
• Supporting the Group's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Helping to deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activity
• Liaising with front and back of house teams to coordinate event logistics
• Keeping on top of admin, bookings, and general marketing support tasks
• Staying up to date with social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Strategizing and delivering on activities to increase the utilisation of our events space and wider business venues

Requirements

• A genuine interest in events, marketing, and social media
• Proficiency with social media platforms and standard IT systems (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team and stay calm under pressure during events
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential — full training will be given
