Own event logistics and social content execution to drive venue utilization and audience engagement.

Event Operations: Plan, coordinate, and run on-the-day activities with front and back of house teams.
Social & Campaign Support: Create posts, schedule content, and help push marketing campaigns.
Admin & Marketing Backbone: Manage bookings, admin tasks, and iterate on ideas from social trends.

Assisting with the planning, organisation, and on-the-day running of events
Supporting the Group's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Helping to deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Liaising with front and back of house teams to coordinate event logistics
Keeping on top of admin, bookings, and general marketing support tasks
Staying up to date with social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
Strategizing and delivering on activities to increase the utilisation of our events space and wider business venues

A genuine interest in events, marketing, and social media
Proficiency with social media platforms and standard IT systems (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team and stay calm under pressure during events
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential — full training will be given
