  • Manage budgets, vendors and partners while shaping internal gatherings that reinforce alignment and culture.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead major trade shows, partner programs & customer experiences
  • Align sales, marketing, product & customer success around event goals
  • Run pre- and post-event campaigns that convert
  • Track ROI, pipeline influence & deal acceleration
  • Shape internal gatherings that build culture and alignment
  • Manage budgets, vendors and third-party partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B event experience
  • Track record generating pipeline and revenue via events
  • Experience across formats, trade shows, field marketing, ABM events & internal culture moments
  • Commercial mindset + data-driven decision making
  • Strong stakeholder skills across teams and seniority level
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced scale-up

Preferred

  • Bonus: SaaS or fintech experience, HubSpot, ABM event tactics.
