Job Summary
Own end-to-end event strategy and execution across trade shows, ABM events, and customer experiences to generate pipeline and shape company culture.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, product, and CS around event goals and success metrics.
- Drive pre and post event campaigns, ROI tracking, pipeline influence, and deal acceleration.
- Manage budgets, vendors and partners while shaping internal gatherings that reinforce alignment and culture.

- Lead major trade shows, partner programs & customer experiences
- Align sales, marketing, product & customer success around event goals
- Run pre- and post-event campaigns that convert
- Track ROI, pipeline influence & deal acceleration
- Shape internal gatherings that build culture and alignment
- Manage budgets, vendors and third-party partners
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B event experience
- Track record generating pipeline and revenue via events
- Experience across formats, trade shows, field marketing, ABM events & internal culture moments
- Commercial mindset + data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder skills across teams and seniority level
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced scale-up
Preferred
- Bonus: SaaS or fintech experience, HubSpot, ABM event tactics.
