Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Muzulu's annual marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Align marketing activity with company growth objectives, sales targets and strategic priorities.
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and competitive threats.
• Develop campaigns that support lead generation, customer retention and brand development.
• Work closely with Directors, Account Managers and Consultants to identify marketing opportunities.
• Manage and optimise Muzulu's digital presence across all target channels.
• Oversee website content, AEO, SEO, analytics and user experience.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media strategy and content publication.
• Monitor and improve website traffic, engagement and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Essential Experience
• - Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing.
• - Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
• - Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• - Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• - Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• - Experience reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
• - Budget management experience.
• - Experience within IT consultancy, ERP, SaaS or related technology sectors.

• - Knowledge of IFS Cloud or enterprise software markets.
• - Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
• - Event planning and webinar management experience.
• - Understanding of account-based marketing principles.
