Responsibilities

• You will be working across busy campaign environments, venues, and promotional spaces, engaging directly with customers and representing brands through confident and professional conversation.
• From the beginning, the focus is on hands on learning. Daily coaching, structured workshops, and real time guidance from experienced team leaders provide the foundation for continuous growth.
• Through live campaign exposure alongside structured development, you will build communication skills, resilience, and the confidence to guide conversations naturally from introduction through to outcome.
• Your day to day activity will include engaging customers face to face, representing client brands clearly, and contributing towards both individual and team performance goals.
• Campaign travel across the UK may also be available, offering additional experience and team collaboration opportunities.
