Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain engagement campaigns across multiple platforms to boost community participation and awareness
• Attend events and groups to promote our organisation
• Manage social media channels by creating compelling content, monitoring interactions, and analysing engagement metrics to optimise outreach efforts.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local organisations, schools, and community groups to expand reach and foster collaborative initiatives.
• Oversee project activities related to engagement programs, ensuring timely execution and resource allocation.
• Organise and attend events, workshops, and campaigns that support unpaid carers while aligning with organisational objectives.
• Maintain detailed administrative records of activities, participant data, feedback, and progress reports to inform future planning.

Requirements

• Project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
• Demonstrated engagement and networking qualities combined with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in marketing or social media. management to enhance outreach is desirable .
• Experience in fundraising or resource development is desirable.
• Knowledge of the voluntary, charity and community sectors and public health experience is a plus.
• Well-organised with solid administrative experience supporting program operations.
• The role requires regular travel throughout Dorset.

Preferred
