- Lead CRM activity, delivering targeted, data-led campaigns that enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage complex campaigns, leading automation initiatives, and collaborating effectively across teams to deliver impactful customer journeys.
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into action.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and project management capability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer marketing roles
- Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle management
- Experience delivering automated and personalised email campaigns
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management capability
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR requirements
Preferred
- Experience working with CRM and Customer Data platforms (Prospect2 and Tessitura Segmentation Sets and List Manager highly desirable)
