Job Description

Email Strategy & Infrastructure: Audit current position and define segmentation, cadence, content mix, personalisation and monetisation from the ground up.
Platform & Tech Selection: Recommend the right email platform, tooling and infrastructure and own the implementation.
Channel Architecture: Build core infrastructure to support long term list growth and revenue generation.
Strategy & Governance: Establish reporting for growth, engagement, revenue attribution and unsubscribes, and define the content model.
Audience Growth Engine: Identify on-site capture opportunities and sign-up optimization across paid and high-traffic pages.
Lifecycle Flows: Build automated welcome, nurture, re-engagement and promotional cadences that feel relevant and trustworthy.
Content & Personalisation: Balance editorial value with product recommendations and commercial messaging in journeys.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Social & Content Media Manager to turn social growth into email signups.
