Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimise Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows — welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, browse abandonment and more
• Grow and manage our email list through smart segmentation and lead capture strategies
• Write compelling email copy that reflects our brand voice and drives conversions
• Design clean, on-brand email layouts.
• A/B test subject lines, content, send times and layouts to continuously improve performance
• Report on key metrics — open rates, click-through rates, revenue attribution, list growth — and use data to make decisions
• Write copy for paid social ads — primarily Meta — working alongside our performance marketing team
• Write website copy, product descriptions, landing pages, and campaign headlines
• Write social media captions in our brand voice for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
• Support with broader campaign messaging and seasonal promotional copy
