Job Summary

Own multi-site ecommerce presence with hands-on CRO, page builds, and UX consistency; drive landing pages, CMS content and analytics tracking across sites while QAing releases and keeping docs current.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Manage CMS across 3–4 sites, build landing pages, and maintain content.
  • Performance & CRO: Improve conversion on the primary site and support CRO, SEO, and reporting initiatives.
  • Operations & QA: QA updates, tracking validation, bug escalation, and documentation.

Job Description

  • Support day-to-day management, optimisation, and development of digital estate across multiple websites
  • Improve performance and conversion on culligan.co.uk (primary site)
  • Support build, setup, and growth of 2–3 additional supporting sites
  • Work with the eCommerce Manager to deliver landing pages, maintain site content, and support CRO, SEO, and reporting initiatives
  • Be hands-on: optimise existing experiences and build from scratch
  • QA site updates before and after release
  • Support tracking validation (GA4 / GTM)
  • Identify and escalate bugs or journey issues
  • Maintain documentation/change logs
