Job Summary

Own end-to-end eCommerce content and site experience on Shopify, aligning product data, merchandising, SEO, and campaigns with brand storytelling to drive on-site performance.

  • Product & content stewardship: keep listings, imagery, tagging, and QA aligned with launches and trading plans.
  • On-site campaigns & SEO: build landing pages, optimise SEO content, and coordinate with agencies to execute strategy.
  • Analytics & reporting: monitor eCommerce metrics and share insights in weekly trading meetings, driving opportunities and improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings within Shopify, ensuring all data, imagery, and tagging are accurate and consistent.
  • Manage visual merchandising across collection pages in line with launches, seasonal plans, and trading objectives.
  • Build and maintain campaign and landing pages using Shopify and associated CMS tools.
  • conduct regular QA checks to ensure content, links, and assets meet brand standards.
  • Support setup and testing of promotions, bundles, and gift-with-purchase offers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product launches, PR campaigns, and new collections are well represented onsite.
  • Create and publish SEO-focused content in alignment with the wider content calendar, working with external agencies to execute SEO strategy.
  • Maintain consistent brand storytelling and tone of voice across all eCommerce content.
  • Assist in reporting on eCommerce metrics, making analytical insights to present to the wider team in the weekly trading meeting.
  • Support the delivery of ad-hoc eCommerce projects, feature launches, and updates as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce or digital content, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle.
  • Confident using Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Confident with mass data handling, ideally with experience working with Matrixify.
  • Good understanding of digital merchandising and SEO.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for data and workflow management.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
