Job Summary

Own the end-to-end online distribution and ecommerce health of the hotel product, linking inventory, pricing, and content to drive online bookings while coordinating with revenue, reservations, and marketing to optimize performance.

  • Channel optimization: monitor OTAs and channel managers, maintain price parity, and maximize visibility across distribution partners.
  • Ecommerce performance: analyze traffic, conversions, revenue, and booking trends to inform pricing, promotions, and website updates.
  • Cross-functional execution: collaborate with revenue, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and rapid execution of campaigns and site content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize hotel listings across OTAs and online booking platforms.
  • Coordinate website updates, promotions, packages, and content management.
  • Monitor room inventory, rate parity, and online availability across distribution channels.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid campaigns, and social media promotions.
  • Analyze ecommerce performance metrics including traffic, conversions, revenue, and booking trends.
  • Work closely with revenue, reservations, and marketing teams to maximize online sales.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and hotel websites.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and online reputation.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies, channel managers, and booking engine providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or hotel distribution.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of OTAs, channel managers, CRS, and booking engines.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Preferred

  • Experience with hotel PMS and revenue management systems.
  • Understanding of online consumer behavior and hotel booking trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
