Job Summary

Own the execution and optimization of paid, organic, and email marketing to grow ecommerce revenue, conversions, and retention, while ensuring a premium customer experience across web, ads, and campaigns.

  • Paid & Organic Growth: Drive end-to-end performance across Google, Meta/Instagram, and Microsoft Ads plus SEO, balancing paid scale with sustainable organic growth.
  • Creative & Brand Execution: Collaborate on campaigns and assets that maintain brand consistency and uplift ROAS and conversion rates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, SM and Microsoft Ads
  • Drive SEO strategy, content optimisation, and organic search growth
  • Meet and manage email marketing campaigns, automations, customer retention, and audience segmentation
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with the team to produce strong creative marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Develop marketing strategies that improve ROAS, conversion rates, customer retention, and brand awareness
  • Create digital banners, promotional graphics, and campaign assets
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across web, email, advertising, and social platforms
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing activity
  • Help shape a premium ecommerce and specialty coffee customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Proven ability managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram advertising, Microsoft Ads, SEO, and email marketing
  • Understanding of ecommerce growth, conversion optimisation, customer retention, and online sales strategy
  • Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision making
  • Creative eye for branding, content, design, and customer experience
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Motivated, adaptable, and capable of taking ownership
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or design software
  • Photography, videography, or content creation
  • Experience within coffee, hospitality, retail, or premium consumer brands
  • English (required)
  • United Kingdom work authorisation (required)

Preferred

  • Experience with digital marketing (2 years)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
