Lead BeOne's UK&I Corporate Affairs & Communications agenda across government affairs, communications, patient advocacy, and corporate reputation in oncology and haematology.

• Setting and executing the Corporate Affairs & Communications strategy for BeOne in the UK & Ireland
• Establishing relationships with government relations, healthcare organisations, trade associations, working groups, and medical societies (oncology/haematology focus)
• Steering the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and programs with the above stakeholders
• Member of the UK & Ireland Leadership Team shaping local vision, mission and strategy
• Enhancing and protecting BeOne reputation
• Finding new ways to lift BeOne's reputation among external stakeholders in the UK & Ireland
• Develop communications strategies and resources to support business priorities with aligned messaging
• Equip and train leaders to engage stakeholders with confidence; elevate GM visibility in oncology
• Support employee engagement and lead internal communications; support leaders in change management
• Increase awareness on our products in the haemato-oncology market
