Job Summary

Own essential Digital Retail operations by maintaining store pages and homepage freshness, driving Email Marketing setup and targeting, and coordinating CRM gifting and testing with cross-functional teams.

Store and homepage upkeep: ensure accurate hours, offers, and local launches across pages.
Email Marketing ownership: set up, sending, segmentation, and performance optimization.
Testing, roadmap support, and cross-team collaboration: UAT, roadmap input, CRM gifting with Brussels, and frontline Digital Retail support.

Job Description

Own front-line digital retail responsibilities by keeping store pages and homepage content up to date, including hours, offers, and launches.

Store maintenance: initiate updates for store pages with opening hours, offers, and special mentions.
Digital marketing execution: set up, send, and optimize Email Marketing with targeting and segmentation.
Cross-functional testing and support: lead UAT, assist roadmaps, collaborate on CRM gifting with Brussels, and act as first-line Digital Retail & E‑Commerce support.
