Job Summary

Own the optimization and delivery of Birmingham City FC’s digital products—web, app, ticketing, retail and streaming—through user journey improvements, data-informed testing, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Product Optimisation: Monitor performance, run testing, and translate insights into actionable improvements across digital platforms.
  • User Journeys & Experience: Shape supporter journeys and UX improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Cross-functional Delivery: Coordinate feature releases, assets, briefs, and partner integrations with internal teams and external platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery and optimisation of digital products across web, app, ticketing, retail and streaming.
  • Coordinate feature releases, enhancements and post-launch performance
  • Monitor digital performance, insights and testing to inform optimisation
  • Support key supporter journeys and user experience improvements
  • Gather user feedback and translate insight into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external platform partners
  • Assist with briefs, asset coordination and brand-consistent delivery

Requirements

  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) though some weekends may be required.
  • Experience in a digital, product, website or platform-focused role
  • Familiar with digital optimisation, analytics and user journeys
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player
  • User-focused, proactive and adaptable
  • Passion for sport and digital experiences
