Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Design posters, reels, stories and promotional materials.
• Plan and schedule social media posts.
• Support social media marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Improve website content, appearance and user experience.
• Apply SEO techniques to improve Google rankings and local visibility.
• Help promote Mother’s Touch Care services across Barking, Dagenham and surrounding areas.
• Monitor social media engagement and website performance.
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand image.
• Assist with community-event and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of social media marketing, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Understanding of SEO, SMM/SMA and digital marketing.
• Basic website design or website-management experience.
• Experience using Canva or similar design software.
• Ability to create engaging written and visual content.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Creativity, initiative and attention to detail.
• An interest in healthcare, social care or community services.
• Students, recent graduates and candidates seeking practical digital marketing experience are welcome to apply. A portfolio or examples of previous work would be an advantage.
