Responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, remarketing) across multiple client accounts.
• Use SEMrush and/or Ahrefs for keyword research, technical and on-page audits, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor performance daily and make smart, commercial decisions to improve CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
• Set up and maintain tracking via Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, ensuring clean data.
• Build simple, sharp dashboards and client-friendly reports that show results and next actions.
• Work with our team on ad copy, landing pages and content to improve quality scores and conversion rates.
• Stay on top of platform changes, tools and tactics that help clients win faster.
• (Bonus) Plan, launch and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns, especially for B2B lead generation.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in a digital agency (or similar), running complex Google Ads and SEO/GEO campaigns.
• Ready to progress your career and grow your own mini agency within the agency.
• entrepreneurial and comfortable in a dynamic, energetic environment, you take responsibility, and you’ll enjoy getting stuck in within a small agency culture.
• A driven individudal who wants to succeed and take charge of their own destiny.
• Proven track record of hitting performance targets and improving ROI on campaigns you own.
• Confident, hands-on user of SEMrush and/or Ahrefs for SEO and competitive insight.
• Comfortable working with GA4 and using data to drive decisions, not just report numbers.
• A self-starter who can take ownership of work
• Able to manage your own workload, juggle multiple clients and move quickly without lots of hand-holding.
• Clear communicator who can explain the “so what?” behind the metrics to clients and colleagues.

Preferred

• (Bonus) Experience running LinkedIn ads/growth campaigns, using tools like Dripify
