Own and optimize paid media programs across Google Ads and paid social, manage tracking, landing pages, and reporting, while collaborating with creative and analytics to improve conversions and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take day-to-day ownership of Google Ads, including campaign structure, keywords, search terms, bidding, budgets and optimisation
  • Continually improve ROI and identify opportunities to reduce wasted spend
  • Develop our paid social activity, primarily across Meta
  • Work with our creative team to test advertising concepts, messaging and creative
  • Analyse lead quality rather than focusing purely on clicks and conversions
  • Optimise campaign landing pages and conversion journeys
  • Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and conversion tracking
  • Develop accurate tracking and attribution across paid, organic, social, email and call enquiries
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates
  • Analyse performance using GA4, advertising platforms, CRM data and Excel/other reporting tools

Preferred
