Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing engine, aligning strategy with brand and revenue goals while building a data-driven team and a scalable measurement framework across paid media, CRM, UX, and CRO.

  • Growth & Measurement: build GA4, attribution, and reporting to connect campaigns to pipeline and revenue.
  • Channel Ownership: oversee Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn performance with targeting, messaging, and creative tests.
  • Automation & CRM: lead marketing automation, lead nurturing, CRM integration, and GDPR compliant data growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned to business, brand, and sales objectives
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture
  • Ensure a consistent cross-channel approach to optimise customer journeys
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across channels, platforms, and technologies
  • Oversee paid media activity across platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
  • Set, monitor, and report on key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROI and ROAS
  • Continuously test and refine targeting, messaging, and creative to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyse digital performance across all channels using tracking and reporting tools
  • Build and maintain measurement frameworks using GA4, CRM systems, and attribution models

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Analytics, paid social platforms) are desirable
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role
  • Strong experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, paid social, email)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering measurable ROI/ROAS
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical experience using tools such as GA4 and reporting platforms
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Desirable: B2B lead generation experience
  • Experience with advanced attribution modelling and CRO

Preferred

  • Experience with advanced attribution modelling and CRO
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and web development projects
  • Desirable: Advanced knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, and user experience principles
  • Knowledge of data privacy and GDPR regulations
