Responsibilities

• Social media — creating content, coming up with ideas, scheduling posts and helping grow our community.
• Creative marketing — helping develop campaigns, competitions, launches and fun ideas that get people talking.
• Email — being the first point of contact for new customers, helping create newsletters and campaigns that customers actually want to open.
• Product launches — getting involved from idea to launch and helping make new collections a success.
• Research & trends — keeping an eye on what customers love, what’s happening in the collectibles world and what the internet is currently talking about.
• Partnerships & collaborations — helping us find interesting people, brands, creators and animal organisations to work with.
• General business stuff — because we’re a small, growing company, there will always be something interesting happening. You’ll get exposure to areas well beyond traditional marketing.
