Job Summary

Own multi-channel digital campaigns with a tight SEO, paid search, and content focus, leveraging data to lift performance and conversions.

  • Plan and deliver campaigns across channels with a focus on SEO, paid search, and content alignment.
  • Drive SEO through keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, and competitive analysis to raise organic visibility.
  • Monitor performance, run CRO initiatives, and turn data into concrete optimization actions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support SEO activities, including keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimisation and competitor analysis.
  • Assist with the management and optimisation of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce monthly reports and communicate campaign performance clearly.
  • Carry out website audits and recommend improvements for SEO, user experience and conversion.
  • Support content strategies through keyword research and SEO recommendations.
  • Assist with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
  • Use platforms including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, videographers and social media specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to continually develop your skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and confidence working with data.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude.

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4

  • WordPress or other CMS platforms
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
