Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing execution for an aviation brand, balancing campaign delivery, social and email operations, and content/website updates to move online engagement and conversions.

  • Digital Campaigns: Support the creation, execution and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies as needed.
  • Social & Email Ops: Help deliver an engaging social plan and manage an email calendar with automated workflows.
  • Website & Content: Update site content in a CMS (Contentful essential) and produce channel tailored video and digital content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Digital campaign delivery — Support the creation, execution and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, working with agencies where required.
  • Social media strategy — Assist in delivering an engaging social media plan, bringing new and trending ideas.
  • Email marketing — Build and manage a cohesive email marketing calendar, including automated workflows; DotDigital experience is desirable.
  • Content creation — Produce video and digital content tailored to individual digital channels.
  • Website content management — Update and maintain website content; experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful is essential.
  • Budget & procurement — Raise purchase orders, track spend and maintain budget spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Creative software proficiency — Confident using Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and CapCut.
  • Analytics & SEO — Strong understanding of GA4 and SEO tools, with a proactive approach to learning.
  • GDPR knowledge — Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles, with confidence applying them.
  • Digital campaign collaboration — Experience working with partners or agencies to deliver digital initiatives.
  • CMS experience — Demonstrable experience updating and managing website content.
  • Operational flexibility — Willingness to participate in an out‑of‑hours/weekend on‑call rota during operational incidents.
