Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the Weetons marketing strategy, budget and campaign calendar.
  • Grow brand awareness, customer engagement, store footfall and ecommerce revenue.
  • Plan, create and manage email campaigns, newsletters and customer communications.
  • Manage Weetons’ organic social-media presence and create engaging written, photographic and video content.
  • Coordinate paid social, paid search and other digital advertising activity (google etc)
  • Manage PR, influencer outreach, partnerships and community marketing including awards etc.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, restaurant bookings, private hire and corporate gifting.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital channels, stores and customer communications.
  • Brief and manage agencies, freelancers and other third-party partners, including photo/video shoots.
  • Monitor results, report against agreed KPIs and continually improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Professional, hands-on experience managing social-media channels.
  • Strong content-creation skills, including copywriting and visual or short-form video content.
  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Confidence using performance data to improve marketing activity.
  • Email Marketing, building out campaigns and weekly newsletter emails
  • Creative production and brand management
  • Marketing budget management and monthly performance reporting
  • Adobe Illustrator skills
