Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain website tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Configure and validate conversion tracking across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor form, call, and demo-booking tracking to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support analytics reporting in GA4 and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis across our industry verticals.
• Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support landing page and conversion funnel optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

• 6 months - 1.5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or marketing analytics.
• Sound understanding of core digital marketing concepts and performance metrics.
• Working familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability and a high standard of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and comfort working with structured data sets.
• Clear written English, given the North American audience we market to.
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and measurement methodologies.
