Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Outreach and community, 35% - Build and maintain a prospect list of creators, athletes, run clubs and studios that fit the brand
  • Outreach and community, 35% - Send personalised outreach every day, keep it tracked, and follow up properly
  • Outreach and community, 35% - Lead with the fit story. Our custom length is the strongest hook we have, especially with anyone tall, short or sick of tees that don't sit right
  • Outreach and community, 35% - Run the product seeding programme: choose the pieces and lengths, arrange the send, chase content back, log what arrives
  • Outreach and community, 35% - Grow and manage the affiliate programme in UpPromote, onboard affiliates and keep them active
  • Outreach and community, 35% - Own DMs and comments across Instagram and TikTok, responding same day
  • Outreach and community, 35% - Find customer content worth sharing, secure permission, repost it
  • Outreach and community, 35% - Support the Founders Club and the referral programme as they grow
  • Content editing and production, 30% - Cut short-form video for Reels and TikTok in CapCut, to a high standard. This is a daily tool, not an occasional one.
  • Content editing and production, 30% - Edit and retouch the product imagery shot in Bali: colour, crop, clean-up, resizing per channel

Requirements

  • Advanced CapCut. Not "I've had a go". You can cut, time to audio, mask, caption, use keyframes and transitions, and turn raw footage into something publishable without hand-holding. This is tested at interview.
  • Strong computer literacy. Comfortable across a browser, spreadsheets, shared drives, scheduling tools and photo editing, and quick to pick up new software.
  • Comfortable working at a screen for most of the day
  • Able to do repetitive work to a consistent standard: forty personalised messages a week, with the fortieth as good as the first
  • Organised, accurate, and follows things up without being chased. Orders go out with the right length on them.
  • Writes well to people they've never met, in a way that reads human rather than templated
  • Happy doing hands-on work: packing orders, handling product, Friday dispatch
  • Grade 4/C or above in GCSE English and maths, or equivalent
  • Eligible for a Level 3 apprenticeship, and not already holding a qualification at Level 3 or above in a related subject

Preferred

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Runs or has run an account of any size, and can explain what worked and why
  • Confident in Lightroom, Photoshop or Canva alongside CapCut
  • Demonstrable taste: can name brands they rate and articulate why
  • Genuine interest in menswear, graphics and product, not just social media as a career label
  • Interest in fitness, running, yoga or pilates, reflecting our audience
  • Willing to appear on camera occasionally

Benefits

  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Employee discount
  • Free parking
  • Health & wellbeing programme
  • On-site parking
