Job Description
- As Advancement Digital Engagement Manager – Web, you will shape, develop and continually improve UCL Advancement's digital presence across our alumni and fundraising websites, and other relevant web content.
- You will lead the development of compelling web content and interactive digital publications, create new online resources that enhance our flagship engagement programmes, and use insight and analytics to continually improve the user experience.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Advancement and the wider university, you will ensure our digital channels reflect the ambition of UCL's Here, it will happen campaign and inspire pride, participation and philanthropy.
- experience managing web content and creating engaging digital experiences that put users first
- strong understanding of web content management, UX, SEO/GEO and digital publishing best practice
- confident working with content management systems (ideally Drupal 10) to ensure digital content is engaging, inclusive and compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards
- minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata
- Experience of alumni engagement, donor engagement or campaign communications would be advantageous
