Job Description

Create polished, performance-focused digital assets for both LTF and our clients.
Take raw footage, campaign briefs and brand guidelines and turn them into high-quality digital assets that feel premium, clear and commercially useful.
Support organic social campaigns, paid media campaigns, website content, landing pages, email marketing, pitch decks, client presentations, display banners and video assets.
Work closely with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Client Services and the wider Creative team to ensure every asset has a clear purpose.
Some work will be brand building. Some will be conversion-focused. Some will be designed to stop the scroll, improve click-through rates or support website performance.
Create digital assets for organic social, paid media, websites, emails, banners and presentations.
Edit high quality video content for both organic and paid campaigns.
Create motion graphics and branded video elements.
Design website and landing page assets that support user experience and conversion.
Produce campaign creative for Meta Ads, Google Ads and display activity.
